We sat in the bar at a high top, which is how we roll anyway. We shared the teriyaki filet tips, my husband had the crab cakes and I had the pan seared macadamia halibut, both exceptional as well as we shared the Mac and cheese as our side. We left so satisfied and full. To start, we tried the crab cakes, unsure of seafood and they turned out to be amazing. We then both ordered a Filet Minot with the Diablo Shrimp over the top, with a side of mac and asparagus. So delicious. Because it was anniversary, we were also gifted some Wycliff by Dave towards the end of our first visit there. We ordered the 36-ounce porterhouse for the table, cooked to a perfect medium, and it was absolutely phenomenal—juicy, flavorful, and expertly prepared. I highly recommend pairing the mashed potatoes with the cognac sauce au poivre—it takes them to the next level! A fantastic dining experience all around. I was a bit disappointed with the service this time. Our server was pleasant and knew his stuff, but he depends too much on his support staff to maintain the table.
