Best Steakhouses in Dorval

Had an amazing dinner for the birthday of my sister. Louis, an astoundingly kind, generous, and super helpful staff at Keg, gave us an unparalleled experience. Keg is so lucky to have an asset like Louis. He gave us a memorable service going several extra miles, so very pleasant, attentive, and above all kind. Thank you so very much Louis!

Great food overall. Grilled octopus was amazing. Had the bone in rib steak.. too fatty for my taste but excellent for another on my table.

Our 3rd or 4th time back in last year. My go to place to take family when I’m back in town. Ambiance brings me back..and great food. Plus my request for a booth is always read and I appreciate that attention to detail. Ash was attentive last night and service overall perfect. See you again shortly.. Dermot

Firegrill St-Laurent: A Mixed Experience - 3.9/5 At first glance, Firegrill St-Laurent makes a fantastic impression. The restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that exudes warmth and sophistication. The staff is equally impressive—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely fun to interact with. They made us laugh and were incredibly helpful throughout the evening. The presentation of the food was equally appealing, and it’s clear that attention to detail is a priority. However, the experience faltered when it came to execution. I ordered the Filet Mignon blue, but it arrived more cooked than I had requested, missing the mark on this delicate preparation. I also opted for a lobster tail, but unfortunately, it was served undercooked. When I sent it back, I was disappointed that the same tail was simply refired rather than replaced—a surprising choice, given the $26 price tag. To add to the frustration, it came back overcooked. That said, I don’t suspect these issues are a regular occurrence. It’s possible that their top chefs weren’t in the kitchen on December 26th—a busy time of year where inconsistencies can sometimes happen. Everything else we ordered was well-prepared and enjoyable, and the ambiance made the evening pleasant. With some improvements in food preparation, Firegrill has the potential to be exceptional. For now, it’s a good spot with some room to grow.

The great experience starts from the time you walk into this top restaurant with the great reception. Service, great food and exceptional Xmas Decor, nothing can go wrong! Compliments to this fine establishment. CS
