Great friendly and polite staff from beginning to end. Came early to try out the bar, polite and professional. Staff at podium were friendly, polite and professional. Greeted at our table and welcomed. We had dined at the Tivoli location a few times due to its closer location. Table was roomy and chairs very comfortable. The menu was explained to us and we ordered the pork belly burnt ends, the 12oz NY strip sliced to be split and two sides and one soft drink, one glass of wine. Timing of courses were perfect and all items were prepared tastefully and served hot. We skipped dessert because we were stuff and had a 45 minute ride home and didn’t want to save it at home till tomorrow. Great experience and worth every penny.

An evening at Hank's is always an event we look forward to, as they really do give you a 5-star experience. It seems like the hostesses recognize you even before you get to their station, and they escort you to your table with small-talk along the way. Once seated, drinks and menus arrive promptly, offering an array of quality dishes. The staff was very attentive, the meals prepared to perfection, and the atmosphere was very conducive to conversation at our table. Hank's is known by the locals, has a repeat cliental, and offers a very nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of the Strip. We look forward to going back to Hank's over and over!

Wonderful food had a really good price. The happy hour is one of the best around.
