First, we would have liked to have more filet. The Gouchos only brought filet around one time during our meal while all of the other meat options came around many times. Second, I have been to other Brazilian steak houses that offered a warm cinnamon glazed grilled pineapple. There was a pineapple option on the cold bar but it is so much better warm off the skewer. Our waiter was wonderful. He gave us just the right amount of attention without hovering. Overall, a great experience.
