Best Steakhouses in Half Moon Bay

Been to number of top steakhouses in the last year and my family group rates Harris as number 1. Very high praise indeed! The service was perfect. The food was perfectly delicious. The setting is elegant and peaceful. Perfect evening out. Osso is rated number 3 on our list but we’ll give it another try tomorrow night.

Seated 15mins after reservation, which was good as it was a crowded Christmas night. Live music. Very loud and energetic atmosphere. Good food, good service. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was above par. Except the pork chop which was overcooked and boring.

Besides the food being the best around…prime rib truly melts in your mouth …the employees there are such great human beings! This was my mom's and my favorite restaurant. This was my first time dining without her. But instead of a sad night, my waiter, Ashely, and the staff went above and beyond for me when I came in on one of their busiest nights to honor my late mother and best friend. The compassion and kindness Ashely and her manager Peter showed me was unbelievable!! They are wonderful human beings and showed me that there are still wonderful people in the world.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner here. Thank you so much Jessica for being so accommodating to our adjustments and welcoming! Jennifer, our server, for table 33 was amazing! She was so attentive, friendly and truly brought the joy and warmth of Christmas to us all. The food was so tasty, from the meatballs, the crab cakes, the lamb chops and dry aged ribeye. The cheesecake was delicious as well. It was all cooked to perfection and presented very well. The bottle of Meiomi paired well with the meats. It was truly a great experience.
