Best Steakhouses in Hillsdale

Outstanding experience overall. Great service with lots of smiles. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly staff as well. The restaurant was packed out the entire visit, but there was no lack of attention. I love that they bring your steak à la carte but then mix and serve the side dishes for you. Upstairs they bring you the cocktails and leave the shaker. It’s a great value because you end up getting twice as much drink for the price! We had the margarita and Grey Goose martini. Wines by the glass are reasonably priced and it’s a generous pour, too. Extensive wines by the bottom menu. I love that it’s easy to get in and out of this establishment, with valet right in front or room for Lyft. It is now our favorite steak place!

Once again, our visit to Morton’s was excellent with great food and service. Starting with bacon-wrapped scallops and French onion soup to go with a lemon drop and world of single malts. The prime New York and Ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly medium rare accompanied with delicious spinach with button mushrooms and smoked Gouda with bacon au gratin. Finishing with key lime pie was perfect for our holiday meal.

Besides the food being the best around…prime rib truly melts in your mouth …the employees there are such great human beings! This was my mom's and my favorite restaurant. This was my first time dining without her. But instead of a sad night, my waiter, Ashely, and the staff went above and beyond for me when I came in on one of their busiest nights to honor my late mother and best friend. The compassion and kindness Ashely and her manager Peter showed me was unbelievable!! They are wonderful human beings and showed me that there are still wonderful people in the world.

We had a lovely annivarsary dinner. The menu included our names and noted our special day. And a waiter was very attentive on a very busy Christmas Eve.

The restaurant is very clean and neat. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. That includes everyone from the manager, greeters, servers and cleaners. The food is fresh and delicious. They have a good selection and the prices are reasonable.
