Our server was phenomenal. He hit spot on with every recommendation! From the empanadas to our main course! Even the dessert recommendation was great! The dessert interaction with our server was hilarious! I wish I remembered his name!!

had the pleasure of dining at Chicago Cut Steakhouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. One of the standout features of this restaurant is its unique location. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the heart of the city and the river, creating a stunning backdrop that enhances the dining experience. Our server, Matt, truly elevated our visit. He was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly informative about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, and his attentive service made us feel right at home. It’s always a delight to be attended by someone who is passionate about their work and knows how to make guests feel special. Now, let's talk about the food—simply delicious! When making reservations several days ahead of Christmas, we asked for a table by the window and that is what we had - absolutely killer view! MANAGEMENT: Greeted and seated as we came in - no 'take a seat at the bar' delay. They discreetly oversaw the staff and were nonplused when I asked the manager to take our photo. STAFF: Our wait staff could not have been more accommodating. Server (Noel!) was extremely knowledgeable, gave us time to make decisions, had suggestions on our wine choices as well. She was attentive throughout the meal, but never rushed us and even chatted a bit though she had many tables to serve. Every employee wore CLEAN outfits (it always puts me off when the staff has food stains up and down their clothing). The restaurant was perfectly clean as well and a new table was brought in and set up quite near us, but done so quietly, we barely noticed. FOOD: We went with a shared filet and lobster tails with sauteed spinach. Except for the fact that we were given each other's plates by the food runner - no delineation that my husband had ordered rare and mine was med-rare. The food was hot and delicious and we ate ever scrap! Dessert was our first time having Baked Alaska and it was just as Noel had described. Large serving, so we even had some to take home for a midnight treat. PRICE/VALUE: We expected prices to be above what we would typically pay. That was OK with us - special occasion, Christmas treat, exceptional price for an exceptional experience. If you can afford to, please go and see what fine dining can be.

Our Christmas Eve dinner at Prime & Provisions was absolutely unforgettable! The food was phenomenal, but what truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Nate. From the moment we sat down, Nate made us feel welcome and taken care of with his warm personality and impeccable attention to detail. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and gave fantastic recommendations that turned our meal into a truly elevated experience. The holiday ambiance was perfect, and Nate’s professionalism and charm made it all the more special. Thank you, Nate, for making our Christmas Eve dinner so memorable! We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for you next time!

Gibson's is one of my favorite restaurants of all times. We live in San Antonio but make it a point to make reservations when in Chicago, Because of the holidays, I scheduled reservations 3 months in advance. Service was superb, as always. I ordered the W.R.'s Chicago Cut and was very disappointed. The steak was cold and did not appear anywhere close to 22 oz. My son ordered a 7 oz Filet Mignon, and he was disappointed as it was very dry and overcooked. I know I could have said something at the table, but I didn't want to ruin the moment as we were having such a great time being together. The service was outstanding, and hope that next time it will be the same Gibson's experience.
