Best Steakhouses in South Windsor

5 Stars for the food and the help staff. The main server was probably a very nice person but was kind of phoning it in and seemed to be offering the same service I’d expect at a chipotle - if I’m honest. We won’t be back. Michael Jordan’s Restaurant at Mohegan Sun is 1000000 times nicer. Better ambiance. Better service. Better cocktail menu. Just so much better … but we took a gamble (no pun intended) with what I thought could be a similar experience. Definitely not worth the $400 + we spent and if this review helps someone who does enjoy fine dining and a great “experience” - David Burke Prime is not it. Zero vibe. Fast food service. Very delicious food. Crazy price tag. As a business owner I do take these surveys seriously. I know it’s not fun to read when you’re not hitting the mark and delighting people. This restaurant could likely do better with servers who really want to be there - I mean the tips have to be decent based on the meal costs. The actual decor, or ambiance … unsure what can be done but it’s very mid as my kids would say.

There for my son's birthday. They seated us right away. The table immediately next to us was a 25+ yr old couple. In twenty seconds i had seen and heard enough. The girl talking loudly with her mouth full of food..said "legit" 3 times in the same sentence and hit her hand on the table top laughing. I kindly asked the host to move us to a different table. They accommodated without hesitation. Ordinarily I dont care, eat and be merry but not for the money i was paying nope. The service, food, server, buss staff, all impeccable Class operation

Staff was amazing and so was the food. Great spot whether you are there for a romantic dinner, family dinner, or business.

Wonderful, attentive service. Beautifully decorated space with a gorgeous view. Brunch was tasty and the bloody mary with chicken and waffles was a meal in itself. Will definitely return.

I have been dining at Feng gor several years .The atmosphere, service and food are consistently excellent!!
