Best Steakhouses in Tempe

Celebrating a very special occasion and our waiter Tom was wonderful. The food was wonderful as always and the service great. It’s a classic and a staple in our go to restaurants for a reason. The Stockyards is a landmark and destination restaurant for a reason.

From beginning to end, our experience with Steak44 was amazing. We celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and they treated us as if we were the only couple in the whole restaurant, despite the moderate amount of noise. It all began a month prior when I was contacting the team to plan out our evening, asking for seating that could facilitate an intimate setting for my wife and I. We found out that they ended up sitting us in a booth that had a view of the kitchen! Hazel even followed through with placing rose petals on our table prior to our arrival. Made me feel like I was husband of the year planning this out lol Food was spectacular as expected, and our waiters (Nick and Giovanni) assured that our drinks were full and made recommendations for our entrees. My wife got the Scottish Salmon and I got the 45 day dry aged rib eye w/ 3 sides. Our eyes got bigger than our stomachs and we ended up taking a lot of food home, and they even comped our desert! All in all the team performed amazingly that night, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Husbands, take note: with a little bit of planning they can help you take a dinner night out into stories your wife will brag about to her friends. We had a fantastic dinner at Three Thirty Three. Upon walking into the restaurant, we went up to the check in area and were greeted with a warm smile and friendly and accommodating hostess. The interior is beautiful - full video display of an underwater scene, blooming trees, and dark and moody vibes which was great. There was also a DJ playing music but it was still easy to have conversation at our table. I’ve seen some negative reviews online but our meal was awesome. It’s higher end so I would go with the more expensive meal options if you really want to have a great dinner experience. We tried the bad and bougie cocktail. It was prepared table side with its own bar cart, they used homemade syrup and put gold flakes on top. AMAZING! We had the tuna crudo, prawns, and edamame appetizers - all very good. We did the A5 wagu and the chef came out to our table to cook the steak and talk about how the meat is raised/prepared. We also had the salmon which was flaky and tasty. Dessert was also top notch. Our server Emilio and the rest of the wait took very good care of us. We had a great time from start to end and will definitely go again.

We had a wonderful dinner, honoring the life of our daughter, Gillian Ragan, who was killed by a 14-year-old boy on December 9, 2023. Everything was wonderful however, the only issue was anyone that passed our table ended up, hitting the back of my chair over and over again as well as my head. Though I know a restaurant could get very busy, servers must slow down when they are around larger tables as to avoid hitting their customers. Our server David was remarkable however he had so many tables that we ended up having to wait much longer to order our food.
