Best Steakhouses in The Orleans Hotel & Casino

Our server and his team were on top of everything. The food was excellent and the wine selection extensive. If you’re looking for a high end dinner keep Delmonico Steakhouse on your list of options. The only thing I felt was missing was a decadent dark chocolate option for dessert. The creme brûlée and cookies and cream cheesecake were delicious! I prefer a dark chocolate option when finishing off a bottle of Cabernet. ;)

Golden Steer was an absolute highlight. My mom & I got the longhorn & lobster for 2 combo, which is the absolute best way to go IMO. We chose the table side Caesar salads. Neither my mom nor I are love Caesar salads typically, but this one blew us away. It’s the best we ever had. The steak was perfectly seasoned & the lobster tail was the most decadent amazing lobster I’ve ever had. We got the whipped potatoes & the mushrooms as our sides. The longhorn with the potatoes & the mushrooms & their rich gravy was a luxurious experience. We also ordered the king crab legs, but they were watery & not as sweet as either my mom or I expected, BUT their customer service was top notch & they took care of us. We ended our meal with the table side bananas foster. Golden Steer was an experience I will treasure for a long time.

I’m disabled so was on a scooter. Since I couldn’t walk very far, the hostess took us through the back entrance and seated us right inside the door. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday a memorable one. The food was simply spectacular. I had the 6oz filet, medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had. The crab cakes (appetizer) was equally good. Every time we finished something, someone was there to take the empty dish, but done in such a way that you hardly noticed. When our favorite steakhouse closed last year, we started an our search for a new one. This will be the new favorite, hands down.

ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANT MEALS WE'VE HAD IN A DECADE. From the exceptional service to the extraordinarily prepared food, it was a night to remember! Martini to open the evening was a smash. The filet and rib cap were the best steaks - so tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Even the baked potato was the best baked potato I think I've ever had. Spice and salt rubbed with a crispy (I mean crispy) skin. Sooooo good. The creamed spinach was fresh and perky; not mush. Salads were tasty too, but don't put your caesar salad in a cereal bowl. It looks small like that and the bowl kept flipping on its side when I would try to stab the lettuce. Otherwise, a truly perfect evening. Thank you so much. We will be back (someday). :)

Excellent dining experience overall. The water show outside is a fun experience!
