- OOliverChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoSubmitting a review to commend the host team on Saturday, January 4. Competent, confident, and creative. I know I’m not the only customer who felt the same way. I should have gotten her name, but all restaurants should have a team leader who knows how to roll with the punches and is willing to take calculated risks to satisfy the maximum amount of customers. Well done.More infoSUSHI-SAN - River NorthPrice: Moderate• Japanese• River North (Chicago)•4.8
- JJackieChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024The atmosphere / vibe / ambiance was definitely a 10 out 10. The service was incredible as well. But let’s talk about the sushi itself. While the quality of every fish we had was excellent, I wasn’t too crazy about the fish to rice ratio. IYKYK. I definitely thought the amount / cut of fish could have been a little more generous for the overall price I paid. I also thought it was interesting that they ended the omakase with a nigiri as opposed to a light dessert. But that’s just me. While my friend and I had an absolutely wonderful time, we probably won’t be coming back for a second time.More infoSushi by Bou - Fulton Market Chicago @ Emily HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• West Loop•4.5
