- CCeciliaChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 2, 2025Our chef Chris (brown Chris) was awesome! Food was delicious. We tried other places and nothing can compare. We did notice some changes. The automatic gratuity being added to our bill for 3 people is unnecessary and disappointing. .More infoShinto Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Lounge - NapervillePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Naperville•4.8
- JJackieChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024The atmosphere / vibe / ambiance was definitely a 10 out 10. The service was incredible as well. But let’s talk about the sushi itself. While the quality of every fish we had was excellent, I wasn’t too crazy about the fish to rice ratio. IYKYK. I definitely thought the amount / cut of fish could have been a little more generous for the overall price I paid. I also thought it was interesting that they ended the omakase with a nigiri as opposed to a light dessert. But that’s just me. While my friend and I had an absolutely wonderful time, we probably won’t be coming back for a second time.More infoSushi by Bou - Fulton Market Chicago @ Emily HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• West Loop•4.5
- SSaniyaMinneapolis - St. Paul •6 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 1, 2024We had dinner on a Sunday night. The location was very convenient with its own parking and a nice outdoor patio area. We ordered miso soup, the Fiesta, Black Monster, and Picasso rolls. It was all really good and had new flavors I had not tried before. Black Monster uses black rice rather tan white sushi rice. Fiesta had a delicious and assertive chili oil which worked well with the other flavors in the roll. And the marinated onion in the Picasso roll was a big improvement on the fried crunchy onions that many other places use. That was plenty of food for two, but after seeing a surprising number of desserts go out to other tables, we ordered a bomba (mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbetto) to share. That was also very tasty, and I now get why so many people were going for dessert on Sunday night at a sushi place. It was a nice surprise to have a such a nice dinner while on the road and choosing from unfamiliar spots. I would definitely return when I'm back in town.More infoKizuna Sushi BistroPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Glen Ellyn•4.7
