Best Sushi Restaurants in Biltmore

We enjoyed lunch at Palma on a Thu afternoon. Our meal started with the guac and chips and the Beef Birria Rangoons. After we had the shrimp tacos and Tsunami Maki, both looked great and tasted even better. The Vibe Check is a bourbon based drink that was light for a midday cocktail. Service was great and both agreed we would be returning in the future. Would like to check it out in the evening when it is fully lit up.

We were promptly seated on an indoor outdoor patio. All of the servers were attentive and friendly. The manager also checked on us a couple of times which was nice. It wasn’t intrusive. It was just a brief ‘Can I get you anything?’ which is always welcome. We ordered several appetizers, some noodles and a couple of entrées and just shared them with the table to get a taste of a bunch of different things. They did a great job at coursing out the food. The order was exactly as we had placed it. The timing was perfect and the food was very creative and delicious. The ambience is very cozy and charming. The restaurant wasn’t too loud, but it still had a good energy to it. My husband and I are debating if it is our new favorite restaurant in Phoenix. It is pretty exceptional in many ways. I highly recommend.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience! Sandfish Sushi is hands down one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we sat down, the ambiance was welcoming and sophisticated. Instead of choosing from the menu, we decided to let the chef take the lead—and wow, what a decision that was! Every dish was a masterpiece, carefully crafted with the freshest ingredients and incredible attention to detail. The chef’s selections took us on a culinary journey, introducing us to flavors and combinations we never would’ve thought to try. Each bite was a delightful surprise, and you could taste the passion and creativity behind every plate. The service was impeccable, with the staff making us feel like VIPs the entire evening. If you’re looking for more than just a meal, but an experience, Sandfish Sushi is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back soon!

Second time visiting. The restaurant decor and vibe provides a very comfortable and real Mexican experience. Service and the food quality have all been excellent. The music can get a little loud.

The service was amazing as someone always came to check on us. The sushi was incredible and pork bao bun was amazing! We went during happy hour and had the house sake, which was very smooth. They brought out desert for our anniversary and surprised us. We are definitely going back. Everything was beautiful ❤️
