We are big sashimi eaters, so the chefs choice sashimi, 5 fish, three pieces each was a great choice. The toro melted in your mouth. I had a hand roll, unagi with foie gras, also excellent. All the flavors came through on each bite. We had no room for desert, but since we'll be back I wasn't worried that I missed anything. The owner was very attentive and the service was excellent. It wasn't cheap, but what is these days. It wasn't anymore than I expected and we ate a good amount. Kudos to the kitchen, job well done. Ahi tuna steak, pappardelle, sushi, hamachi, and cocktails. Fun to watch the game overhead, though it was not distracting. Highly recommend, as this was my second visit. I had heard from friends that it’s way too loud to have a conversation. I did not find that to be the case. The music was apparent, but not obnoxious.
