- AArthurSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWhen I booked my reservation at Nobu, I was hesitant after reading some mixed reviews. However, from the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded all my expectations. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos from the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome. Although I was initially seated at one spot at the counter, I asked to be moved to a different seat, and the staff graciously accommodated my request without hesitation. I started with the oysters, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and then moved on to a sushi platter and a few pieces of nigiri for my entrée. Each dish arrived promptly, and the sushi chef took the time to explain every piece while presenting them beautifully. Everything tasted exquisite, and the attention to detail in both the presentation and flavor was truly impressive. To top off the experience, it began to downpour while I was dining. Without an umbrella, I was prepared to brave the rain, but the concierge kindly offered me hers to ensure I stayed dry on my way back to my hotel. This thoughtful gesture was the perfect end to an already outstanding evening. If I could give Nobu six stars, I would. I will absolutely return the next time I am in town. This place is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional food and outstanding service.More infoNobu DCPrice: Very Expensive• Cocktail Bar• Washington•4.7
