We had an amazing time at pachamama! We went for a birthday celebration for my dad. The host on the door was amazing and the waiters were also exceptional with their suggestions and patience as we made some changes in what we wanted to order. The food was incredible we loved the sharing concept, it was plenty of food and so enjoyable to get to enjoy each dish together. And the cherry on top was the personalised card they gave my dad for his birthday. They were so sweet and lovely. The quality of the food wa spectacular while also not breaking the bank too much. We had the best time.

We had a nice light meal here. A few sharing plates between us. Everything was very nice and the ham was especially good. Also I was very impresssed with the DA VERO BIOLOGICO, DOC (NERO d'AVOLA) SICILY, which was one of the cheaper red wine options, but hit the spot.

A lovely tapas bar right in the middle of Soho, staff are great, warm friendly welcome. Food good - my one issue was the music, it’s unbelievably bad 😂 literally Black Sabbath- in a tapas bar in Soho ?! It doesn’t make any sense! Then U2 Sunday Bloody Sunday - I actually like that song but it’s just totally out of kilter with the place! Apart from that all really good!

The food was really nice, plenty to chose from, very well prepared, lovely plated and came out reasonably quickly. Definitely would come again solely based on how good the food was. Massive let down was the arrival, it was my husband’s birthday. I booked it via their website-redirected to severooms, each time had a designated area -indoor, terrace, bar counter so obviously booked inside as it’s middle of October 8pm. Few days before booking I got text that I need to confirm coming, so I clicked the link and confirmed, then got another text that I have to confirm reciting them so I did- again confirmed then I also got email from open table for confirmation so I clicked it to confirm , which itself is not that much of hassle but when we arrived staff didn’t have table for us, so they sat us at the bar (we are completely happy to wait for a bit) they then say they will soon be table outside for us, so I m saying we booked for inside, it’s like 12 degrees outside neither of us one of those northern people who brave winter weather in shorts so I say we don’t mind waiting longer and for now can just get a drink, bar staff then brings us menu saying we should eat at the bar as there will unlikely be a table, staff carrying plates keep knocking into my husband as he set on the curve of the bar close to the screen they’re using so it’s not very comfortable sitting, it’s not much space on counter and we don’t have a space for coats-definitely not a birthday dinner vibe. Staff keeps urging us to order food but I insist that we ve booked the table about two weeks ago, confirmed 3 times and then we order drink and wait. Really rude staff upstairs and at the bar. My husband even suggested we leave - which obviously isn’t what one wants for treating someone on their birthday. Later they came and took us downstairs where thank god the staff was nice and polite. One lady even got us a drink on house later as a birthday treat, she was nice and the food too
