Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running.     Second time visiting and enjoyed it even more, really like this place and will definitely find another excuse to visit again - the food is fresh and flavoursome, staff are lovely and the atmosphere is great. It's a lovely place to meet up with friends and catch up over tasty food.

    Been to other branches many times before. The starters were lovely but far too little sauces provided and had to order more. The veggie main, taste wise was missing something. The other main was very spicy and the eater was struggling although they liked the dish. A bit disappointed that the set menu added a premium for the fish dish. Venue lovely as were the staff and toilets with ample space and cosy at the same time.

    A great evening in Valentines. Service was very good. Menu explained and felt comfortable. Decor and setting excellent for a romantic dinner. Would gave gift. 5 star however, the main which we had the Seabass wasn’t as good as the starters. Overall lovely place for a dinner with your partner
