Best Thai Restaurants in Bulleen

A full restaurant but not noisy at all, decor is beautiful and warming, service was attentive, dishes and size of plates explained to suit group or solo eating, food was amazing and definitely going back to sample the remaining food not tried yet. Loved it, delicious.

The food was amazing! We had the Sharing menu and it was more than enough food for the 4 of us. The crispy chicken and red duck curry were the highlights and I would definitely recommend these dishes. Just a note to those who are sensitive to noise, the restaurant has all hard surfaces and the noise levels get quite loud so be prepared for that.

We chose Bali Hai based on OpenTable reviews for a pre-show dinner and were very happy with our choice. Service staff are excellent, friendly, attentive and fast, and we felt very welcome. The food we got (we went for the pre-show dinner) was simply fantastic, and thanks to the Fusion element of the Bali Hai's Thai Fusion scheme, all dishes are flavor-wise showing strong links to classic Thai cuisine while always coming with surprise elements and hence not just being your usual Thai. We chose the Kingfish sashimi and Hat Yai Fried Chicken for our starters, followed by Pad See Ew with Crispy Pork Belly and the Red Curry Duck, all of which were filled with flavor and clearly based on very fresh ingredients. All dishes felt light yet big enough, and we left happy and delighted. We'll be back!

The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The toilets, however, make us hesitant to want to return. I hope they get cleaned properly some time soon, as we would really like to come back :)
