One off the bucket list!!!! If you love mariachis its folklore and history this is a must! Drinks were cold…service was outstanding…mariachis were phenomenal, its not everyday you get to experience history where the Mexican greats did it (Jose Alfredo, Cornelio Reyna). Despite some of the stigma my family felt safe…everything checked out in terms of my bill, no overcharges! I would recommend making a reservation ahead of time….I I had the mariachi play 10 songs for 1500 pesos = $75 dollars approx! Best $75 dollars Ive spent in a long time! Experience of a lifetime!

Testal has become an absolute gem at their downtown location. It’s like the oasis needed in a hectic area of CDMX. Had to start my meal with a nopales salad and also had to try their season special, Chiles en Nogada!! That I can confirm are the best in town!
