I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious. Octopus with the sauces is amazing. Golden beets salad fresh and the crème is excellent. Make sure you choose your seating early, in 2021 is when I found out you have to book early, and I meanMore infoHell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.6

The food was interesting and delicious, made more so by the very unique atmosphere. When they say dining in the dark, they aren't kidding! It is PITCH black. They go to great lengths to create an atmosphere of trust so that you can enjoy the experience and surrender to it. No gotcha dishes or weird surprises. Our server, Cheyenne, was outstanding. She paid special care to get us through in time to see a show we had booked later. We got through the meal in an hour, where it usually takes about 90 minutes. She kept track of the the time and took great care of us. We're already planning to go again next time we're in Vegas.More infoBLACKOUT - Dining in the DarkPrice: Very Expensive• American• The Strip•4.5

Food and service was great, the only thing I was disappointed i made a reservation requested a nice table for our special occasion and they did acknowledged that but the table was by the wall and when we ask for the better table by the window they said is for 4 guests and after half an hour they gave the window table to a couple, I don’t think we go back again .More infoScarpetta - The Cosmopolitan of Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• The Strip•4.3

With drinks without tip from approx $500. The food was so delicious!! The portions not so much. This was a once in a lifetime experience.More infoLe Cirque - BellagioPrice: Very Expensive• French
