- RRobLos Angeles •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMomed is one of the great gems in LA. From the moment you walk through the entry with the Mediterranean kitchen on full display, to the open seating area warm and inviting. You instantly fall in love with Momed. The bar is the setting where you want to camp out and try any of the hand-crafted cocktails with the sumac chicken wings and grab an order of the cauliflower, too; the rice flour-based tempura is mind-blowing. Dinner at Momed is exceptional, too- starting with the Muhammara, the fermented pepper paste with the house-made sourdough pita is life-changing. You can't go wrong with anything on the small bites list; the smoked labni in the roasted beets is mouth-watering. For your main course, try everything, but the short rib with the zhoug is a go-to every time for me, and the striped bass is also fantastic. Momed will become your favorite spot as it has mine.More infoMomedPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Silver Lake•4.6

- PPhilipvipLos Angeles •76 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 23, 2024A medium sized airy space, featuring a large rectangular bar in the middle. A fairly small vegetarian menu - 5 starters, 6 "Veggies and Leaves", 6 Entrees, 5 Pizzas, and 3 Desserts. Everything ordered was excellent, service was relaxed and friendly. They were also very helpful about slightly modifying a dish to accommodate a food allergy. Although each of us in our party ordered separately we noticed many tables were ordering for the table and sharing. Friday nights there is live music The night we were there it was a female duo playing guitar and violin and singing fabulous harmonies on 20s and 30s standards. A real treat. As to parking, their is a small public metered lot right next to the restaurant.More infoThe Butcher's Daughter - West HollywoodPrice: Moderate• American• West Hollywood•4.6
- AAmySan Francisco Bay Area •14 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 21, 2024The experience we had at Mazal was exceptional. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious and authentic—we felt like we were back in Israel. Standouts included the pita, mezze, beets, eggplant & Falafel main, and the homemade baklava and halva. We wish we lived in LA and could make this our new neighborhood haunt.More infoMazalPrice: Moderate• Vegetarian / Vegan• Echo Park•4.9
- AAlevipLos Angeles •8 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 5, 2024Food is great. Setting is wonderful. Service is very good. Prices are in line with what one expects for this type of food although $6 for a tea bag felt like a rip off. I do have one complaint. A patron at the table next to us was listening to something on his phone without earbuds and at full volume. He came in after we'd already been seated, so he could have easily chosen a location away from diners as the restaurant was only 20% occupied. I would appreciate if the restaurant would kindly request that patrons wear earbuds or sit away from other diners.More infoSunCafePrice: Expensive• Vegetarian / Vegan• Studio City•5
