Best Wine Bars in Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall

Food was spectacular and the service was great to match. Our server was very attentive and showed strong knowledge of both the drink and food menu. The Carpaccio was amazing to start, then short rib pasta and scallop entrees were both extremely good. Desserts were then the icing on the cake. The Bam… and the butter cake were both so delectable. I’d highly recommend this place!!!

The experience was wonderful! One of the managers Cory to be exact he came over that’s how me were what we was celebrating and I explained we’re not really celebrating, but I wanted to take my husband to dinner because he’s deploying next week. He then said our meal is on him and he thanked my husband for his service. That was a wonderful surprise. Also a nice sendoff for my husband. The food and service at Flemings is always wonderful. We’re local so we go pretty often. 

We had an exceptional experience. Our waiter, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend the osso bucco; it was absolutely delicious.

There were 4 adults in our party and we ordered (6) items off the menu and they were all fabulous and the wine selection offered soooo much to all around the table. One couple have been there on numerous occasion; they said La Cave had never disappointed. The other couple are new fans and they raved about the food and the decor…a perfect atmosphere.

Valentine's dinner, we were already expecting to wait, we knew it would be hectic which made it tolerable. We checked in with the host and were directed to the bar for drinks while we waited. We were brought to our table 45mins later which again was fine because it was expected. Drinks and conversation was good and we didn't feel the wait time. Eric was out server, he was amazing, very apologetic and sincere. Our food was also amazing, the steak and lamb cooked to our preference exactly. Prefect dining experience through and through, just come with the right mindset, everyone was working hard and doing their best.
