Our new venture St Francis Bistro is the place to be! Great food and wine in an intimate setting, soft music, and friendly staff!Just around the corner from Sienna Cafe on Forest Road, this is Ange's second restaurant venture in Lugarno. Her original restaurant back in 2000 was Becfin. This was very highly regarded in its Sydney Morning Herald review, which was headed "Lucky Lugarno".Available for date nights, catching up with friends, special occasions, or even to be booked out, this is the place to be!

An evening out with 7 girlfriends to celebrate some birthdays. We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived and taken to our seats. From that point the service was excellent, staff knew the menu and were able to recommend meals and we weren’t let down food was amazing, and cocktail delicious. Definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet dinner I would go a little bit later. We went at 6:30 and there were quite a few families there so it was a little noisey but we still had a great night.

If you're looking for an unforgettable Italian dining experience, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step in, the warm ambiance and impeccable service set the tone for an exceptional meal. Start with the crudo—so fresh it practically melts in your mouth—and the perfectly seared scallops, which are a testament to the chef's artistry. For the main course, the risotto is creamy, rich, and bursting with flavour, while the pappardelle, is a pasta lover's dream. And don’t leave without trying their tiramisu; it’s a masterpiece and the best one I have tasted. This is Italian cuisine at its finest, and I’d recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!

Great bar with a great atmosphere! Cocktails were really good. Staff very friendly, although service is a bit slow at times. The cheeseboard was great, as well as the sweet potato fries. Not too noisy on a weeknight which was great!
