Bone in Filet = Best steak I have Ever had = Medium Temp = Perfectly cooked & So tender & full of flavor. Chilean Sea Bass Delicious = serving is small= 2oz more be better size piece. Ribeyes Buttery Juicy Delicious = Med Rare. Shrimp Appetizer = Gigantic perfect Shrimp =Very Good. Cesar Salad & Wedge with homemade BluCheese = Absolutely Worth Eating! Lobster Bisque Delicious with Lobster pieces & excellent seasoning. Lastly Carrot Cake is superb & so moist = would like more of Caramel sauce. Service is impeccable= Outstanding! Definitely worth Dining here!

    Great neighborhood restaurant in a good location. The service was impeccable including the employees who helped with my elderly mother and her walker. Our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. The food was fabulous and dishes were made with imagination, for example the brussels sprout salad. Excellent. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Houston.

    Exceptional Dining Experience for Our Anniversary! We celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille, and it was truly a memorable evening. Our waitstaff, Chad and Jeff, went above and beyond with their attentiveness and friendliness, making us feel incredibly welcome. The food was outstanding! We ordered the 14 oz Steak au Poivre and the 10 oz Filet Mignon. Both were cooked to perfection, exactly as requested, and the flavors were absolutely divine. The ambiance added to the overall experience, creating a perfect setting for a special occasion. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to dine here and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!
