Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients. Paired with one of Wine Spectators Grand Award winning extraordinary wine programs and a selection of 700 whiskeys, the level of attention to detail makes each experience restorative in nature and keeps guests coming back time after time regardless of the occasion.

    Food was excellent. The steaks (certified Piedmontese petite filets) were flavorful and cooked perfectly. the Potato Croquettes were amazing, as was the garlic mushrooms. The white chocolate creme brûlée was good but not great. The staff was exceptional.

    The food and ambience was delightful. Our main waiter was akin to a wet towel but the rest of the staff was amazing. We look forward to our next visit already!
