Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     We always come here when we’re in Vegas. Love the ceasar salad, petite filet and sides. Dessert always great too!

    Our dinning experience was a 10! We ordered tuna appetizer, salad and the beef medallions special and every course was so delicious. We finished dinner with a bourbon espresso martini and who knew that this drink could be so good. Highly recommend!

    Wonderful experience always! The food is superb and the service doesn’t get any better! Our favorite restaurant by far! We live in TN and would fly out just to eat here! Just excellent!

    Incredible service, ambiance and food experience. The lobster bisque was one of my favorites to date, table-side cesar salad fresh, and the scallops were delicious. Will be back!

    We always get great service. Our group has been dining at Delmonico’s on Friday night during the first week of the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament for more than 20 years. The food, wine suggestions and ambiance is what keeps us coming back year after year. Always a highlight of our weekend.
