With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Overall great experience. The only thing on not so good side is the steak quality. Unfortunately, my steak was not soft, a bit difficult to chew. I would have expected softer steak.

    The seafood tower was exceptional! Service was great! The only thing I did not like was the size of the table. I felt like I had to speak louder to interact with my guest!

    Gumbo and Barbecue shrimp were great. Still being full from lunch we did not order mains. The staff were very cool with that which we really appreciated.

    it was always a great experience everytimeni dined here. one of the best spot in Vegas. The waiter named jeff was pretty friendly and very knowleadgeable about whats on the menu. Good ambiance friendly staff, and great food. Will always comeback.

    Every time I stay at the Venetian, Del Monico is always on our list. The grilled buffalo ribeye was like butter….sooo good, accompanied with the brussel sprouts was perfect. Table side Caesar salad is a must. The service is always the best.

    An amazing restaurant for dinner. The staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable. From cocktails to dessert, everything was divine, satisfying and packed with flavor. Every bite left you wanting more. Steaks and pork chops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Hummingbird cake was decadent. A must try.
