La cocina de Envero es honesta, con sabores reales donde se le hace homenaje al producto de Baja California. Puedes disfrutar de su deliciosa comida y vino en una terraza con una vista panorámica a los viñedos y la sierra blanca. La chef Fabiola Aceves y el chef Alejandro Torres son una joven pareja que siempre estarán cuidando cada detalle. Nestled inside the gorgeous Anatolia Winery, Kous Kous Cocina de Marruecos is known for its family style service of delicious slow braised Tagines, grilled lamb Chops and Ribeye, and large Mediterranean Salads. Kous kous is always a great experience. The food is amazing. The decor is perfect. I definitely recommend this place whether for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends.
