Awesome great tasting food. Chef knows what he is doing, whoever the person is. Waiter, servers and assistants were all gracious and courteous, and unobtrusive. They made you feel cared for and respected.

My wife and I chose Connor’s to celebrate our anniversary. Our choice couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed our evening immensely. Our food was perfect… wonderful flavor, the right temperature, and ready in a timely manner. Our server, Lauren, was excellent… one of the best servers we’ve encountered at any Knoxville area restaurant. Thanks to Connor’s and Lauren for a most enjoyable evening!

Great food starts with fresh, local ingredients. Our kitchen prepares everything from scratch, and our signature raw bar is stocked with fresh oysters and seasonal seafood. STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received and the quality of the food. Brantly was a great waiter and checked on us regularly without being a nuisance. We will definitely be back. We started with an appetizer of Parmesan White Truffle fries. The appetizer was much larger than we expected to receive. My wife had the grilled caprese chicken and I had the blackened Mahi Bowl. We would both recommend these dishes.
