One of the best experiences I have had in a long time. It was worth every penny and when we are back in Texas we will be revisiting this wonderful restaurant again. Everything that we ordered was top notch. Oysters, gumbo, fresh fish, shrimp, scallops, and dessert were all cooked to perfection, and you can tell the chefs take great pride in their craft. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. If you are lucky enough to get Nikole as your waitress you will be amazed with her knowledge, kindness, attention to detail, and passion for good food and wine. I'd give it 6 stars if it was possible.

Excellent food and service. Our waiter Christian was very helpful with recommendations and provided very attentive service. Recommend the coconut shrimp and the blackened flounder.

Being a holiday, it was very busy. Fortunately, the waitstaff is superb and met our every need. One of our party is in a wheelchair. I noted that on our reservation and they had prepared a table appropriately placed for maximum comfort. Everything was perfect.

Our Christmas Eve Dinner party had a wonderful evening at Via Emilia Woodlands. The ambiance, service and food were 5 Stars. Our service provided by Stephen was outstanding. No rush to enjoy a special evening with good friends and memorable cuisine. This is not our first visit to Via Emilia and we are thrilled the atmosphere, food and service remains the same, 5 Stars. As always, we had an exceptional dinner. This was a Christmas present for our two adult children. They had never been to Tris for dinner, just happy hour, and wanted to go. We splurged and ordered the meat board. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the surprising star of the board was the pork chop. By far the best pork chop I have ever eaten! I will no longer be able to serve chops at home again! Congrats to Chef Austin and his team!
