Bringing to the helm Matthieu Landillon from the coastal city of Marseille, La Nouvelle allows us to explore classic French Bistro fare with an elevated edge. Delicious cuisine well prepared. Wine lit well-cured and knowledgable staff. Not inexpensive but not over-the-top, either; quality isn’t inexpensive but quite worth it. Definitely a “ I’ll be sure to go back” on our list!

NIGHTS OF LIGHTS NOTICE: Downtown Saint Augustine traffic during this season can result in up to 40 minutes delays. We suggest to be mindful of timing since we have a 15 minutes tolerance and a $25 fee per person for late cancellations and No Shows.

Llama is an intimate space, please be conscious of noise levels in consideration for other parties dining with us and their respective occasions.

I have been waiting to have the prime rib for some time. Well worth waiting for. Cooked at the right temperature. Everything on the plate was hot (sometimes restaurant sides cool aren’t hot when served). I thoroughly enjoyed it all.

We like this place for the food, staff, and atmosphere! Takes you back in time and it feels like you are in a speak easy from the 1920's. Food is always great, as well as the drinks! Alice, our server was helpful and attentive to our needs and the lack of ability to pick something on the menu with so many good choices!
