Chef Joseph Wrede is a Food & Wine Best New Chef, the winner of several AAA Four Diamond Awards, several DiRoNA Awards and has received both Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast distinctions. Joseph’s Culinary Pub is a creation of Chef Wrede and his creative and business partners. This is the third incarnation of Wrede’s original Joseph’s Table, conceived in Taos, New Mexico, not quite 20 years ago, for which he is well known and loved within the region and beyond. Joseph’s Culinary Pub is designed to be a platform for Chef Wrede’s unique and uncompromising vision on traditional and contemporary cuisine, both regional and international. Regarding the restaurant as a process much like theater, Wrede envisions the experience of dining in his restaurant as an interactive play between the pub and the public, with his sights aimed at rivaling high art.

The vegetarian Prix Fix with the wine paring option was wonderful. Each course was perfectly matched with the wine and was the right portion size. The wait staff was very professional and friendly. The valley parking was a bonus.

Please Call To make a reservation for our dog friendly Patio. Multi-award winning: including Wine Spectator and top 10 in southwest and Best Cocktail. Our cocktails are Well made fun and Forward Thinking, With an emphasis on Seasonality. Happy hour is available from 4 -6:00 every day! (Except Holidays). We love to host dinners for Weddings, organizations, or private celebrations from 2 to 90, everything is made in-house so special diets are easily accommodated: allergies, gluten free, etc.

We had a delicious Thanksgiving meal at Dinner for Two! We highly enjoyed the mushroom soup and crab cakes as appetizers, the filet and mole as our entrees, and carrot cake and chocolate cakes as our dessert. It was fun to watch the chef cook from our high top and the service was wonderful! High recommended this restaurant. Everything was fantastic!

Market star is a true gem among the best restaurants in Santa Fe. The makeover of this restaurant is just beautiful. Quiet elegant understated and so tastefully done. Such attention to detail even to the wall sconces is evident. And now the food. I had the best steak that I have had in many many years. The filet mignon just melted in your mouth it was just perfectly cooked. Great side dishes like the truffle fries and the horseradish caramel sauce were delicious. We had the s’mores for dessert which made us feel like kids again. With homemade marshmallows and biscuits it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal

Izanami has stepped up thier game since our last visit. It has always made for great dining, but our experience was notice at all levels, from service to ambiance of the space, and hats off to chef and kitchen for really elevating the food experience. Well Done!

GREAT food with a nice wine pairing and awesome service! I highly recommend the lobster bisque. Definitely a great neighborhood restaurant for either a nice meal out, including date nights and special occasions, or just to get out of the house and avoid cooking.

We had a great night. I had a special request on seating and it happened flawlessly. We told our server we were headed to the theater and the timing was perfect. They have a magical way of staging the meal. We had plenty of time with our cocktails and then our fabulous and tasty meal including dessert. Two hours later we left. Reminder… do make a reservation. Two couples before us in line did not have one and while they were able to seat them in the bar, it seems to be so much easier to simply reserve.
