We welcome our guests to an authentic Italian restaurant: here we offer traditional cuisine, with a modern take on northern and southern Italian recipes. Mauro, the chef, and his wife Tina, have an huge amount of experience behind them.

Mauro is from Naples, Tina was born in a little sicilian town near by Enna.
He began to learn everything about the southern cuisine by his experience in Naples since he was a child, from “Polipetti alla Luciana” to “Paccheri ai frutti di mare”. Furthermore he moved in Milan and he had the chance to learn the northern cuisine, from “Risotto ai funghi porcini” to “Polenta grigliata”, one of his favourite specialties!
From an ancient sicilian tradition, Tina learnt everything about the desserts by her grandmother and her mother, from “Millefoglie” to “Cannoli cake”.

In addition, Quality Foods Market offers a curated wine list with selections from all over the world, and an unrivaled craft and imported beer selection. Executive Chef Christopher Houp takes the time to interact with each and every guest throughout the dining experience, taking the Chef's Table concept to a whole new level. Tables are limited, with just 16 seats inside, and an additional 16 seats for al fresco dining. We had a great late night (11pm) experience and couldn't believe they would actually take a party that late. We were never rushed and Chef Chris told us several times to stop looking at the time, and to just enjoy the meal and each other's company. The meal was fantastic. I had the ribeye with anchovy butter and the wife had an artichoke pasta with dried caviar. I won't spend my money for a steak anywhere else, and nobody has better pasta. The quality is outstanding and you can taste the pride Chef Chris puts into every dish.

Husband and wife Chef Owners Jason & Erin "Cricket" Borajkiewicz create a small menu changing two-three times a week. After working seasonally in Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Puerto Rico, and Charleston, the two chefs decided to put down roots in Jason's hometown.
