The food was amazing, service was impeccable. We asked for truffle soup which was not on the menu but chef regarded our request. Highly recommend cauliflower starter, Wilks burger in mains and cinnamon dessert of the month. Dessert of the month was beautiful to look at and delicious as well. Lovely night we had at LH Wilks Bar

Now well into our third decade in business, Eddington’s attributes the restaurant’s success to creating flavorful and creative meals consistently using the best of Huron County’s bounty.
Owner James Eddington states “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world”.
Although the local food movement is really starting to take off, it has always been the driving force in Eddington’s kitchen. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies our region has to offer.
Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870’s). After two major renovations, an addition of the a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.

Always a great experience. Amanda provided an exceptional level of experience, as usual. James, Meghan and Team always go above and beyond. The Fish Cakes were delicious as were the main courses that each of us ordered. Salmon, Korean Bowl and Beef Rib. The pnut butter cheese cake for dessert was to die for. 👏🎉
