We dined at Republic Chophouse for our anniversary. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The bread service was excellent too. Our server was attentive and personable.

This experience with friends was very good. Everyone liked their food, the quiet environment let to a long meal and discussion, which was what we were looking for with former neighbors. The price was a little higher than other favorites, but within reason.

We trace our roots to Republic Chophouse, Green Bay area’s premier steakhouse and standard bearer of fine dining in northeast Wisconsin. This was a nice Italian restaurant. We were seated promptly. The server brought us well made cocktails. We ordered the bread service and the antipasta salad. Both were ample and well priced. I had the soup which was delicious. We each ordered dinner and took home left overs. Not any room for dessert. We had a delicious white wine. The menu was a little limited as well as the wine list but food and wine were well done. We had an enjoyable meal and evening.

A great dinner with great neighbors who took care of our property while we were on vacation. All enjoyed their food and the wonderful background live music and the views, just a wonderful venue, loved it!
