Really poor food preparation quality. Markedly worst experience I have had at your venue which I am a regular at. My conclusion was you have had or need to have major turn over in your kitchen Yours B

Lovely venue. Had an ideal quiet spot for dog to relax in one corner. We had a leisurely lunch and enjoyed the drinks. Menu was great for a relaxed afternoon meet-up. The drinks service was patchy (maybe staff on holiday) but it wasn’t an issue as we were having a lovely time with friends.

Very Good place to meet up for a few drinks and have a very good meal. Nice variation of food on offer at very good prices for the King's Cross area. People working there were very attentive. had a great evening.

I had requested for a nice table as was date night and mentioned in my booking too, the lady at the reception seemed lost and guided is straight to the dining section. When asked can we sit at the bar and have cocktails- she said that’s fine but you won’t be served. Pick up drinks yourself.. which was still fine ( could’ve just been a bit more polite) Cocktails were great and the bartender was very hospitable- Thankyou for that. When asked for a bar nibbles menu- I was asked to go from one person to the other only for a menu- then was told we can’t find our menus probably ran out of menus. The quality of dishes we had - chicken skewers- extremely dry and served ambient (not hot), the crispy squid was like soggy morsels of squid in a batter - no taste. Sad to see this and not a happy customer.

When I arrived they said I didn't have a booking and asked if I had another name. They then said oh its booked under open table. What difference that makes is ridiculous. It took 25 minutes to get a drink order in I had to ask to be served. It took a further 10minutes. Food wasn't great service was slow won't be going there again.
