The whole experience was rushed. Turn and burn as my wife says. We started with one server who was very nice but for some reason they switched servers and then it was super rushed. The food was good not great. The drinks were watered down. Desserts were excellent but before we could finish he left the bill on our table. We will pass on Echo from now on.

My wife and I go to Echo often and have been going there for a long time. The food quality is excellent. Drinks are plentiful. Dining outside is a treat. Less noise. The staff is amazing. Well trained. Customer oriented. Special recognition to our server Abigail M who was pleasant, easily understood, and prompt. Abigail knew the menu and explained perfectly.

This was our first time back here in a few years. It just was not the same. The rainbow roll was skimpy on fish and too much rice. The chicken dish was ok but not much flavor, the salmon was a bit overcooked. Another friend had the Peking duck and he thought it was delicious-so maybe we just ordered badly. We will give it another try in a few weeks as maybe it was an off night.

From the beginning of this experience, we found the food to be innovative and delicious. Wonton Soup, Spareribs, Pot Stickers were all original takes on well-known flavors. Drinks were refilled quickly. The Beef stir fry, Sushi roils, Ramen bowl , Lo Mein and General Tso's chicken all hit the spot with slight differences. Dessert sampler was outstanding. The one negative other than this being pricey Asian food is that the tip on the bill seems to have been taxed.

I had their general tso’s chicken and I didn’t like it at all. It was not crispy at all and it was dark meat, some fat in there. Pretty gross really. Super expensive restaurant overall for a meal I did not enjoy. Although the vegetable spring rolls were good!
