    Eddie Vs exceeded expectations. Since the restaurant is in other cities, I was hesitant to reserve for my 24th wedding anniversary dinner. I was wrong. They created an amazing experience, with a quiet table in the back corner and messages throughout the evening wishing us happy anniversary. The service was top notch, great advice on items, and all the little things along the way. The food was great. We got a little from each course to split and it just kept getting better and better. Great job team. We will be back when we visit Austin again.

    Luigi did his usual fantastic job. Everything was perfect except for the crab cake, which seemed a little old. Thank you for another wonderful dinner at Eddie V’s!

    Terrible experience with front of house.arrived at 6:45 for a 7 res 2 of us open tables everywhere. Tried to sit us in a back room like a poker den crowded and offered the last table stuffed in corner. Asked a change. Walked by no less than 5 booths and a dozen tables. Each time I asked why not here he said it’s reserved for someone. No reserved card on tables. Got sat in bar area. Ok so I asked people who were later seated at one of the supposedly reserved tables and asked how they requested that table. They said they did not they were just seated there for their 7:30 reservation. Food was good as always but being lied to like this was a terrible experience and ruined our anniversary. Maitre’D was a shorter gentleman with a mustache.

    We most always truly love our Eddie V's experience. This Saturday night it was a little different. 4 top, light business meal, food always on par and this time around the Sol was delicate and moist, the Ahi Tartar seasoned well and the conversation great. Our only opportunity was either the staffing or our Server's ability to juggle the many tables he had. It seemed busier than normal and we could not recall any special events in Austin 18 Jan. Do we still recommend YES!!
