   Excellent service, as always. Food was excellent. The banana desert and seafood towers were awesome. Had a steak issue - was resolved instantly without question. No hesitation. One of the best steakhouses in the country.

   What an absolute delight of a dinner last night. My friend and I used the restaurant week special and had an outstanding experience at a great value. Robert K. was our waiter and guided us knowledgeably through wine selection and gave us great ideas from the menu. My steak was prepared perfectly medium rare. My highlights were the Salt & Pepper Shrimp and the amazing Bananas Foster desert. All was presented graciously and we had a fantastic date-night conversation. I will be back!

   Sadly this time at Eddie V's was not without issues... We can definitely tolerate waiting 15 minutes after our reservation time, however during our meal (we were seated back by the rear bathroom area) we witnessed someone who was clearly over-served. Another patron had to hold the person's arm, who was also escorted by a wait staff person and a host to the men's bathroom because he was "not feeling well". So, as I ended up going to the bathroom myself, the patron came back out of the bathroom area looks at me and says "it was the whiskey". I proceed to the bathroom. Later at home, my wife tells me that the patron helping the intoxicated person looked at my teenage daughters and proceeds to tell the that he is "hung like a horse". I love to enjoy good spirits myself, but this was a bit much.

   Another great experience at Eddie's! Crabcake, Lobster tacos, and scallops all superb, as usual. Chrissy was very busy with six tables, yet was appropriately attentive.

   My daughter had dined at Eddie V‘s the other night she had Ashley as her server. She recommended her highly. Ashley was very conscientious. All waters and drinks were kept full. The table was kept tidy. The flow of the meal went well. The food was perfect. She asked about any allergies or special preferences We had been to Eddie V’s in Austin before, but have never been to this location. We came because of restaurant week. The menu offered great choices. Tables kept turning over which is a good sign considering a lot of snowbirds have gone home for this season. I did see somebody who looked like a manager that kept hanging out by the kitchen, but I did not see him interacting with any of the customers at tables. The only complaint was the acoustics are very poor and it’s hard to hear people at your table.

    Eddie V's never disappoints! Tonight the restaurant was quite busy due to a Saturday on Memorial weekend, but that didn't stop the fantastic service from hostess, waiter assistant staff, and our fabulous waiter - Brandon. Food came out quickly and steak was cooked to perfection! Skinny margarita was yummy and chocolate lava cake for dessert is always a must! Save Room! Eddie V's is truly a must Visit if you are looking for fine dining in Arizona
