   First time dining for Christmas Eve and unless I can get an early sitting it will definitely be the last time. I was unaware they were closing earlier this night. Our reservation was for 9PM. We always sit at the high top area to enjoy the live music, well they left shortly after we sat down. Service was poor. We were rushed to place our order and one of the steaks came out cooked with the wrong temperature. Not sure if this is common practice since it never happened before, but our waiter was also the bartender so attention to detail was missing. The whole Eddie V’s experience was just not there. It’s a shame because we really love this place.

   Our res was for 8:15 but a table was ready at 7:15. Server requested we put in entire order but it would be spaced accordingly. Appetizers came out promptly but we waited another hour for dinners. I understand it was Christmas Eve and busy with large parties but planning should have been better. People seated after us had their meals way before. It was 9:00 pm before we got dinner. Server just gave us the “it’s bust excuse”. But manager bought us a drink and took 25% off bill. So we are grateful and the meal was delicious

   We were seated immediately on arrival. No wait. I have Celiac and requested a manager come to my table. A manger came within 5 min. My food was prepared properly and free of gluten. The food was all delicious.

   Eh. I’ve had better experiences there in previous visits. Wife’s steak was undercooked, Caesar salad had a hair in it. Dessert was comped. Service was nice. Not a fan of love music, but didn’t bother me. Left there disappointed Will probably go back for Christmas Eve dinner next year, but who knows.

   Any events has become our favorite place to celebrate birthdays and holidays. The staff is very well mannered and well trained. The cuisine is some of the finest that we've tasted. We highly recommend booking a reservation if you're looking for a great restaurant where you will have a good time, superb food and service.

   We went for a date night and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and everyone was very attentive to our needs and the overall experience was just wonderful. We will definitely be back soon.

    We made a last minute reservation to take our college age kids out for dinner, so only bar top seating was available. We got a wonderful corner booth! Everything about the experience would have been magical (food was amazing and our server was terrific) except that the “band” was SO LOUD we literally could not carry on any conversation. It was not just distracting, but unnerving! Thankfully they took a break at the same time our food came, so we got a bit of a reprieve. PLEASE, music may be a nice touch, but it should not overwhelm your customers!
