   We spent the last 5-6 Christmas Eves at Eddie V’s, and last night was the best. It starts with our head server Kyle. His team provided top-notch service, and pur food was hot and delicious.

   The service was great. Tex was a delight and very friendly. The Caesar salad had a strange taste to it The parmigiana sole was exceptional. The Chilean Sea Bass was very tough

   Went for a business lunch. The food and service were great. It’s always an expensive trip to Eddie V’s but an enjoyable one.

   I always enjoy going to Eddie V's. I like the ambiance and the way the restaurant is appointed. Our private dining room was well decorated and cosy. This time I went in a group for lunch and it was quieter than usual, I assume because we were put in a private dining room, away from the manning crowd, which we appreciated (thank you so much, Amy). Food was excellent, tasty and nice and hot; one of the dishes (lamb chops) we found too salty, but the chef was gracious and brought out a fresh, new plate. Sides were delicious - mushrooms, crab fried rice (most popular) and au gratin potatoes. Chocolate cake and creme brulee desserts hit the spot. Our waiter was professional, attentive and pleasant, and ensured we were happy campers - thank you. Price point reasonable. We ate well and were well hydrated with a mix of soft drinks and cocktails, but didn't break the bank. We will visit again. PS. You can park in Tysons Mall and cut across the square or walk across the bridge, rather than park in the building and pay (restaurant does not validate parking).

   This restaurant fails on almost every level, from service to food quality. The service was shockingly poor—slow, inattentive, and at times completely absent. We placed our drink orders at the very beginning of the meal (a Tito’s martini for me, and an old fashioned for my wife), but the cocktails didn’t arrive until after we were nearly finished with our main courses. When we asked about the delay, our server dismissively said, “they aren’t ready yet,” without any explanation or urgency to rectify the situation. The food, unfortunately, was equally disappointing. The so-called shellfish “tower” was just a platter—a completely misleading description. The Caesar salad was nothing more than romaine lettuce with shaved Parmesan, devoid of any dressing. The Ahi tuna was passable at best, and the bone-in strip steak was under-seasoned and utterly forgettable. In an attempt to salvage the experience, the restaurant comped us a dessert and a split of rosé Prosecco, but it did little to make up for the overall disappointment. To top it off, we noticed on the bill that my wife’s old fashioned was charged as a Blanton’s old fashioned at $30—something she didn’t order, nor did the server clarify when taking the drink order. This place pretends to be fine dining but completely misses the mark. We won’t be returning.

   Everything from the hostess to our hostess and good was great. The music and vibe was great as well. It was a great birthday celebration with family and friends.

    My coworkers and I had an amazing Christmas dinner at Eddie Vs. Our server Roger was knowledgeable and so friendly to us! The whole experience was elegant and proper. Would be coming back soon!!!
