    We made reservations at Eddie Vs for my husband’s birthday. Since we live in MD we decided to make a weekend if it. Eddie V s usually superb but this time it was not. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. I understand it might be a staff shortage. Our server was fantastic and apologized for the wait. I ordered the prime bone in rib eye and my husband ordered the salmon. It was just ok. The steak had lots of gristle in it. The salmon was so so. The crab fried rice was not any better. I did not eat my entire dinner The best part of the whole experience was our server Murat His personality made the evening great. He apologized for the things we did not like. Maybe in the future we will try Eddie Vs again.

    Brown lettuce in my salad that wasnt taken seriously Saying all wedges have some brown. What? Not enough servers for amount of customers. Not my best experience at one of my favorite places

    The actual quality of the food was excellent but the service attention to detail was lacking. My entree was missing the lobster tail and both of our sides did not come out with our meal. This delay caused our entrees to become cool while we waited for the corrections. Also our drink orders took unusually long to receive.

    An overly crowded night.. I must say the staff was very attentive, we even received champagne while we waited for our table. A huge thank you to our server Kellen, wow. He was amazing, very attentive, displayed great respect and his wine and food recommendations were oh so delicious. I shall return !!

    Another lovely evening at Eddie V’s! The food was wonderful, but it is the staff that makes things special. Roger took great care of our table and it was such a pleasure to see Sophie who is so delightful and lights up the room- always a joy!
