I was unaware of the mission for this restaurant when I made the reservation and showed up. Saying that the gentleman and woman who greeted me at the host stand were very cold in fact didn’t acknowledge me when I said I was here for my reservation. They didn’t speak a word the lady simply picked up the menu and lead me to my table. The wait staff was very courteous and attentive but didn’t seem to know the menu. The food was really not good. I had the calamari app and trout for my entree and either had any flavor. The menu on OpenTable when I made the reservation was completely different than the menu at the restaurant. I was expecting an upscale French restaurant and that’s not what is served. I do commend and support the mission of the restaurant and think it’s a worthy cause however, to be successful you might want to consider altering your menu too items that you can produce that people will enjoy and want to come back to support you

I will always patronize this restaurant due to its mission and upstanding leadership. We felt welcomed, respected, and well-taken-care-of as we enjoyed a delicious meal in The Brassiere. Thank You, Brandon, for your hard work and dedication.

Our party of four were seated promptly in the dining room. The booth we were in was very comfortable and offered privacy. There was a very skilled piano player in the room. Our only problem was the volume. It was difficult to have a conversation. The goat cheese salad was excellent as well as the bread service. We ordered the duck, sea bass and two of the salmon dish. We all really enjoyed our meals. The food was delicious. The waitstaff was very good keeping up with filling our water glasses and offering bread. There was one small glitch, the pacing of the meal was a little uneven. There was a gap of 30 minutes between the removal of our salad plates and the delivery of our entrees. We had an enjoyable time and will come back again.

The food in the brasserie was good, better than ok, so I gave it 4 stars. Little things could have been better....the bread was OK, the calamari was good, reuben sandwich was good/ok. Happy Birthday was written onto a plate in chocolate...couldn't it have been put on a cookie instead of just a naked plate? the attention from the servers was great and they all tried very hard with a smile on their faces.

Restaurant was under stress with party in the tent area plus jazz concert in the fine dining room. Wait staff confused by table numbering arrangement: we were offered entrees/plat principaux that weren't ours. Our meals were wonderful when we got them. We were offered a complimentary appetizer plus has items taken off our bill because of the confusion. Noise level not bad for a music room.

Some dines disrespected the band members and the other diners desire to listen to the music during an event that was advertised as a music event.

We arrived at the restaurant only to be turned away due to lack of valet parking spots. We went around the corner to enter a parking garage, but for reasons beyond out capacity, we were unable to enter. Now we are out $60 for the reservation I place a few weeks ago, and we had to figure out where to eat dinner because we were really hungry. We suggest in the future you make sure you have ample parking to accomodate all your PAYING guests at your facility. Very disappointed I didn't get to watch my high school fellow band member Ken perform. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Yulanda is absolutely wonderful. Our waitress did a great job tracking down an herbal tea alternative for one of my guests. It looked like a table was removed in the Tiffany room, there was more room between the tables. 1 Would have preferred an alternative to the veggie soup or salad 2 A pitcher of milk or creamer should have been on the table but was provided when requested 3 The bread on the tea sandwiches was dried out. 4 The tea pastries were good Lots of servers eager to serve tea unfortunately all at the same time in the Tiffany room.
