   Enjoyed our visit there before a show at Shubert. Menu was not extensive but what we had was good - chicken and waffle app, sliders, beef ragu (definitely big enough to share). Would skip the onion rings next time. I would go back again and try other menu items

   Everything that I had and tried was awesome. Sure there were some things that I did not particularly like, but even then it was more of the fact that the item was not in my usual palette of interest. Even those, I could see the appeal for people who genuinely enjoy things I am usually not overly fond of. The ingredients for every single dish were well thought out, tasted great, and I would recommend it to anybody in the area to give this restaurant a shot. I am for sure going to be back to try more items off of the menu and cannot wait to see what other things I will enjoy. This is definitely in my opinion, a place that will serve you good quality food in a comfortable setting. The only thing that was a downside for me was trying to navigate where the different dining rooms were as there was no signage and not much information. I felt a little lost wandering around for a bit until I found an acceptable seating spot. I would have preferred more information on what rooms were because this restaurant is a "seat-yourself" one.

   They accommodated my large party. Some of them did not arrive at the same time and were very attentive. Great food great drinks!

   We had a reservation but no one was at the front desk to check anyone in so we waited 20 minutes. The restaurant is located across the street from the Schubert Theatre and the man who seated us said, "It's really crowded tonight. Is there a show tonight?" They only had 2 servers for the dining room and the poor server was running as fast as she could but couldn't keep up. She kept apologizing when it was the fault of management for not checking a simple calendar of events at the Schubert and staffing accordingly. Nearly everyone needed to be out of the restaurant by 7:15 to go to the show so the number of diners who needed to be served at a certain time was huge. The noise in the dining room was deafening; I couldn't hear the person I came with who was seated directly across from me. We got our meals at 7:21. I asked for the check and a take home box. By the time she returned it was 7:25 and the show started at 7:30. We had no time to eat and we realized we could not bring food into the Schubert so we had to throw it away on the way across the street. All in all it was a very disappointing experience which could easily have been remedied by knowing when the Schubert was having a show and expecting a crowd due to Elm City Social's location across the street. Won't go back again.

   I’m guessing someone didn’t show up for work. There was one server handling the entire main seating area. We had tickets for a show at the Bushnell so we didn’t have unlimited time. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and we finally got our dinners 30 minutes after that. We had 15 minutes before the show started so we gobbled down what we could. The food is always delicious and it was this time too. We only wish we could have had the time to enjoy it. That poor server had her hands full and she kept apologizing. It certainly wasn’t her fault and we did leave her a nice tip. I’ll go back, but probably not on a show night.

   Went here thinking mimosas were unlimited as their menu says on their website, apparently it’s for brunch only. However, it doesn’t state that at all on the online menu that’s in their website. That immediately turned us off. We were gonna plan a huge date night there. Turned into sliders and two drinks that’s it. We chose to go to Pacifico instead. Very disappointing night.

   Food was a little inconsistent but drinks were good—highly recommend flight of cocktails to try a few different options and get more for your money. Chicken on their nachos was somehow off but everything else was pretty good. Had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and mahi mahi tacos at our table—recommend both. Tacos presentation left something to be desired but were tasty.
