Emmer & Rye is a restaurant designed around the farmer’s haul, featuring a menu that changes daily with a focus on seasonal and local cuisine. Heirloom grains are milled fresh for house made pastas, breads, and desserts, whole animal butchery is done on site, and an extensive in house fermentation program captures flavors at their peak and preserves them for the off season.

    Service was great! Food was delicious - the only thing was the time it took the food to come to the table for each dish. It was a little timely but overall very nice experience!

    We wanted to sit inside, the waitress said they were fully booked and we had to sit outside. There were multiple tables that were empty inside the entire time we dined.

    Sat at the chef’s bar. Recommend that as the staff interact with you and it’s entertaining watching them cook. Great concept of local and full use with little waste. Credo was yummy!!! So was the pasta. Loved how they had non alcoholic wine by the glass (which was good). Great evening

    Johnny Cakes were mouthwatering. Cacia e Pepe delicious. Carnitas superb. But menu changes daily so I don’t know what you will find! Service impeccable. Sat at chef’s counter and that was really fun. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth the experience.

    We highly recommend this restaurant. Every food had a unique combination of ingredients that was great to taste. The “carnitas” was the best dish for us! We will definitely come back again to try different things.
