   The front desk attendant was unable to locate the reservation I made -- and through which I am writing this note. No problem, though, since tables were available. We have dined at your restaurant several times; this time the food was good, or better, than ever, and the waiter was very attentive.

   They need to manage their reservation system better. We arrived at our reservation time only to be one of many waiting to be seated. After 20 minutes we decided to leave because we were still waiting like others.

   We have been dining at Enoteca Rosa since it opened. Last night was our first truly disappointing visit. It seems the restaurant has been ruined by its own success. Parking has always been somewhat inadequate, but last night we had to wait in the street for several minutes before we could even pull up to the valet stand. Once we got into the restaurant, we were seated fairly quickly, but the four of us were put at a small table so close to the adjoining tables that it felt like we were seated together. Servers could not pass between the tables and had to reach across to serve us and were constantly jostling each other. Our food barely fit on the table. The restaurant has always been noisy, but this night it was so loud that coversation was difficult. The room was also rather dark, so that many patrons were turning on the flashlights on their phones to read the menus, which is particularly annoying when the light is shining in your eyes at close range. Our food was also a bit of a mixed bag. The tomatoes in our capresee salad were subpar and needed more balsamic vinegar. My Red Snapper Beure Blanc special was delicious, but the Pasta Bolognese was rather bland. With the noise and the cramped table, we did not even consider ordering dessert. On leaving, we found that the valet situation was still chaotic, though our car was retrieved fairly quickly. Enoteca Rossa has been a neighborhood favorite for us, but we will likely wait a while before we return and hope that management can find a better balance of service and capacity.

   Friendly, outstanding service!!! Our waiter was very attentive and personable. We got our meal surprisingly quickly considering how busy the restaurant was, and everything was delicious. Overall, an outstanding experience!

   We went on Christmas Eve, and the place was a raucous cacophony of family. The waitstaff was in the weeds all night, and if you were in a hurry, you were going to be disappointed. I highly recommend it. The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the crowd was appropriately festive for the happy celebration that is Christmas.

   Fantastic as always! They handled a very busy x-mas eve very well. Had to wait a bit for our reserved table, but we were provided with complementary glasses of Prosecco while we waited. Food was delicious.

   The food and drinks were excellent. The service was a little slow and there were too many tables crammed into such a small space for Christmas Eve. Our chairs were on the edge of the outside ledge.

    Enoteca has always been wonderful!! Food, service..is consistently fantastic! And the Manager went out of his way to provide Peroni Zero/Zero... A First I hope they continue... Thank you very much! We will continue to return and so will many others!
