   We enjoyed the April set menu which was delicious and attractively presented. The main course of halibut, carrot and potato rosti was particularly delectable. Our corner table was quiet on a Monday evening and service was attentive and friendly. We’ll be back!

   We went there for brunch, and it was pretty amazing. Definitely try their mushroom soup if they have it.

   Great brunch spot in the heart of Kitsilano, with a nice varied menu as well as daily specials to choose from. Very reasonable price points for generous servings.

   service was great-food not so great. Hollandaise sauce consisted of mayonnaise; no fresh ingredients such as spinach, salmon for eggs-fresh fruit not offered. Sausage on top of processed cheddar cheese was the muffin special. Lots of staff available-open kitchen concept. They need to spend more money on food ingredients instead of staff. Easy to get a reservation likely due to their inferior food when compared to Breakfast Table, Pauls Omelettry or Jam Cafe which all have a line up on a Sunday morning. Won't return in a hurry in spite of kind and pleasant service personnel. Excellent coffee lattes.

   We felt neglected by our server and had to ask for our wine pairings to come with the appropriate meal. Otherwise, the food was delectable and was sadly marred by the poor service.

   Saturday brunch was the ‘usual’ really good time at Fable. I had the daily special breakfast sandwiches, very yummy but I prefer less of the pepper and tomato jams. My friends both thought their eggs benny were really good, eggs poached exactly as ordered. It was great that so many of us were enjoying our brunch at Fable, yet it makes it a bit loud at moments. Will be back soon because consistency of great food is appreciated.

    Best brunch I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. We will definitely go back. Nice kids menu too.
