    Made a 1:45 pm reservation and upon arriving we were advised that they closed the kitchen at 2:00 pm. First time there so we had to rush to place our order. Ordered the hamburger, meat was very juicy. The fish tacos had good flavor but the corn tortillas were falling apart. Will give it another try for dinner as the place is very popular. Staff was great!

    Had a fun “galentines” brunch. Crab cake bennys and chilaquiles with mimosas with my girls. Delicious, will for sure be back.

    Server did not follow through on the little details. 1. Requested lemon for our water-10 minutes later arrived. 2 Salad served with no dressing. Another 10 minutes before it arrived. 3 Server never refilled water or my empty wine glass. 4 No dessert menu offered. 5 No “Thank You” from server as I paid the bill. These are little things but they all add up. Probably won’t go back to this restaurant.

    This is a very nice Mission Hills neighborhood restaurant. They have a solid menu with a variety of entrees to satisfy many tastes. We enjoyed our meal on Saturday evening. My only negative comment was the staff seemed understaffed somewhat. It took a while to get a waiter to visit our table, and then to serve our drinks. But we enjoyed the meal which included lamb chops, chicken and a hamburger entree. Thanks

     it was nice service, however, I feel that the meatball appetizer should be large and the car must too should be larger. The food wasn’t very hot, the short rib and the pasta

    The appetizer and dinner course was on point. The dessert though looked so small and it was served in such a large plate it was a little disappointing to see. The flavor of the dessert was ok and not something I would order again but I would come back for that salad and dinner flavor was good.

    Tried this spot during SD restaurant week. The host was great! Had a 3 course dinner and tried everything on the menu and everything was delicious. Especially loved the catch of the day and the tiramisu.
