There was nothing extra like talking about specials or asking if we had been before. No suggestions. We got sat with menus. Asked about what kind of water we wanted. Then later came back and asked if we were ready to order. During the meal I think one time the server stopped by to make sure everything was ok. I had to ask for a refill on my water as it had been empty for a while. They also auto-gratuity at 20% so maybe that is why the servers don’t feel they have to go above and beyond. Drinks were made well and the mixed properly. Not watered down. Service: Our server Noeli ( Sorry, unsure of how to spell her name,) was absolutely AMAZING. It was Valentine’s Day weekend but we did not feel like it was at all. She was extremely communicative and very prompt. We have not experienced service this great in quite some time! Absolutely phenomenal. She deserves to be a manager and train new servers in how to execute amazing service regardless of a busy environment. Ambiance: Valentine’s Day weekend. Very busy. There was a bit of a wait even with reservations but it was lovely. Our experience here was every bit as genuine, delicious, and enjoyable as we could have expected. The specials of the night were excellent and the tiramisu was delightful. He was extremely attentive, made great suggestions and definitely played along with our interactive group. The standouts were the Lobster bisque, Lobster/shrimp pasta, and the waygu filet. It creates such a wonderful experience to watch someone finish the Alfredo & surf and turf right in front of the table… it’s one of the many reasons we live this place. Open bar means you can have almost any drink crafted, I got a blueberry mojito because it's an old favorite that nobody could make at the last 20 restaurants I've been to, and these guys just made it custom! Amazing food, all from scratch, you can tell the quality in every bite. And the price? WOW. I highly recommend the family dining option. At 40 a person, you get to share 5 different entrees and a salad of your choice. PHENOMENAL service, ambiance, and art! The ceilings were adorned in Italian Renaissance paintings, long red velvet curtains decorated the windows. I will be back. Best Italian food I've ever had.
