Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. Decided to try the restaurant after visiting the bar many times. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the restaurant was from every aspect including the food. It’s the closest we have come to experiencing good Italian food outside of Italy and there’s no need to go to NYC. Will come back for sure and glad to have found this gem.

A cascade of flowers and the mural paintings really grabs up when you walk in. The service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The kale fritters were so crunchy delicious that we were enchanted. The grilled shrimp were juicy and spicy. All the serving bowls, platters are handcrafted and unique. The meal was so well spiced and two entrees were enough for 3 people. The mango ice cream cubes were a revelation! Def worth a return visit!

I went to this place on a date for my anniversary. This Italian restaurant was amazing from the awesome to the food and ambience. Definitely recommend as I have this place 5 stars and only the second place ever to give this score too, our waiter was a nice guy named Mario was an amazing waiter and even came out with a cake for our anniversary. Definitely recommend and worth it and the food amazing.
